Looking for some killer new crossover in your life? If the answer to that question is “hell yeah” (and even if it’s not) then look no further than Swedish thrashers, Six In Line!

The origins of Six In Line are a bit confusing as the band has experienced its fair share of line-up changes. What you really need to know is that it all started when guitarist Adrian Seifi and then bassist Kaptin Nuke played together in another band by the name of Cunt Destroyer which was a ABBA metal tribute band with another guitarist by the name of John. One day the trio started jamming on some of the riffs Adrian had written and Six In Line was born! What started as a trio became a “five-o” in 2010 consisting of members who love “fast riffs, fast solos, fast vocals, fast drums and big tits.”

With a wide array of influences ranging from genres like thrash metal, early death metal and hardcore punk Six In Line display their love for all things fast on their 2010 EP, God Fukn Blez and on their follow up release, 2011’s U Shud Hev Invtd Me. If you like music that features throaty in your face vocals, drumming so insane it will make your head spin and killer riffs that will have you circle pitting around your kitchen table then you have found your match!

Perhaps the best thing about Six In Line is the bands live performance. A few months ago I was fortunate enough to catch the band on their East Coast tour of the United States with Boston power thrashers, Sonic Pulse and I was pretty damn impressed with what I saw. The band put on the best show of the night in my opinion, getting the crowd moving and heads throughout the venue banging. Honestly if it wasn’t for the expense I would probably get on a plane, fly to Sweden to see them tomorrow. Yeah, it was that good.

Word on the street is that Six In Line are currently hard at work writing new material. Until it’s released be sure to head over to the bands BandCamp page and download God Fukn Blez and U Shud Hev Invtd Me FOR FREE!
