NEKROFEIST Are Just Getting Warmed Up!

Australia is a continent that has really been kicking my ass lately, scratch that  – Australia is a continent that has really been THRASHING my ass lately! My latest discovery from down under are the groove thrash masters Nekrofeist!

In 2010 Nekrofeist released their self-titled debut EP and if you haven’t heard this release yet trust me when I say you’re gonna want to get your hands on a copy of it. Featuring four tracks of groove packed thrash metal that will have your whole body moving, Nekrofeist take no prisoners. Riffs that are as aggressive as they are catchy and lyrics that are straight to the point performed by a vocalist with a wide range are just a few of the things that make this debut EP a must own. However Nekrofeist show diversity on this release as well, for example the track “Destroyed” is distinctively different from the rest of the album with its much less aggressive feel, fear not though, this track still rules! Over all this EP features great production and even better music so make sure you get your copy today at this location!

Earlier this year Nekrofeist’s vocalist Dave Tinelt was recruited to be he new new lead vocalist for thrash veterans Mortal Sin! Tinelt is now pulling double duty playing in both bands and as a result Nekrofeist have gained new fans from around the world. With this new found popularity it would be easy to cower in fear, however that is not the path Nekrofeist have chosen to take. No, instead the band has just finished up recording their debut full length album entitled “Without Reserve or Regret” and plan on touring as soon as it’s released! With all eyes on them and a new album that promises to be as crushing as their last on the horizon, Nekrofeist are in a position to become the next big name in thrash metal.

World domination is in site for these Aussies and if you’re not aboard this speeding freight train that is gaining momentum everyday then you’re missing out. Check the band out on Facebook for all the latest on Nekrofeist and be sure to check out the video below for it is a prime example of what this band is all about! And keep in mind that Nekrofeist is only getting warmed up!
